2. Institutional Scope & Multi-Campus Fair Use

- Single Campus / Entity Grant: A single Lifetime Perpetual License covers one (1) registered educational institution operating on an integrated physical or unified educational site (including co-located Nursery, Primary, and College sections).
- Multi-Campus Chains: If an educational brand operates completely distinct geographical branches in different towns or cities with separate physical bursary offices, each auxiliary branch requires a linked campus license, obtainable through our Multi-Campus discount tier.
- Bandwidth & Cloud Storage: Cloud synchronization and database hosting are provided on an unmetered fair-usage basis for all standard academic operations, invoices, receipts, and grade records.
3. Consumable Usage Units (SMS & WhatsApp)
Important Distinction Regarding Communication Units:
While the software engine, offline desktop app, and cloud database are 100% lifetime-licensed, external carrier messaging units (outbound telco SMS reminders and WhatsApp Business API alerts) consume network bandwidth charged by telecommunication carriers.
Schools may purchase SMS credit bundles as needed inside the dashboard under Settings → Buy SMS at wholesale rates. Schools that do not purchase SMS credits can still dispatch unlimited debt reminders, invoices, and receipts via automated email, direct PDF export, and WhatsApp Web free of charge.
4. Termly & Yearly Subscription Terms
For institutions choosing pay-as-you-go licenses:

When a Termly or Yearly license lapses, your school enters an automatic 14-day grace period. You retain full read-only access to download all student records, report cards, and ledger summaries to ensure zero academic disruption.
5. License Transferability & School Succession
We recognize that educational institutions endure for generations. The Lifetime Perpetual License may be legally transferred under the following verified circumstances:
- Institutional Acquisition or Merger: If the school is acquired, merged, or undergoes proprietary succession.
- School Name Modification: If the institution rebrands or alters its official name under Ministry of Education approval.
- Domain / URL Migration: If the school transitions to a custom web domain or updates its official institutional sub-slug.
